Deputy Head of Reception (m/f/d)

Tasks
- Active participation at reception (check-in and check-out, rooming and house tours, guest services)
- Responsibility for organizing the correct registration of guest data, including registration and marketing data.
- Handling guest requests and complaint management
- Active sales of hotel services and products
- Support with invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Support in the implementation of marketing and sales activities in close coordination and cooperation with the VAYA Commercial Department
Qualifications
- Completed relevant vocational training (HAK, HAS, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of flexibility
- Commitment, personal responsibility and a welcoming mentality
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written), additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Experience with hotel software (MEWS) is an advantage.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of higher pay depending on qualifications and experience. Employees are entitled to a 13th and 14th month's salary, pro-rated for the season. There are no additional costs for accident or social insurance. In seasonal establishments, employment is based on a seasonal contract with the possibility of re-employment.
