For our family-run Hotel TIROL in Fiss, we are looking for a Chef de Bar (m/f/d) for the upcoming winter season – ideally with the possibility of staying with us long-term.
Our bar is an important meeting place for our guests. At the same time, you will support our restaurant team whenever your help is needed.
Tasks
Independent management of our hotel bar Preparation of cocktails, long drinks and classic drinks Advising our guests on beverage selection Service of wine, aperitifs and digestifs Responsibility for order, cleanliness and mise en place at the bar Creative ideas for drinks and our bar menu Assistance in the restaurant during service hours Assistance with wine service and in our wine cellar Active sales and warm hospitality for our guests Close collaboration with service and kitchen staff
Qualifications
Experience at the bar or in service Enjoyment of cocktails, drinks and wine Ideally, you have an interest in and basic knowledge of wine – we are also happy if you would like to further develop your knowledge with us. Enjoyment of interacting with people and a genuine hospitality heart Independent and reliable work ethic Team spirit and flexibility Well-groomed appearance Good German skills And above all: enjoyment of the work and a desire to be part of a close-knit team.
