Reception & Reservation Staff
Have you always wanted to work where others vacation and enjoy interacting with people and organizing? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for a warm and dedicated individual for our family-run hotel in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. In the Reservations & Reception department, you can expect varied tasks in a 4- or 5-day week (20-25 hours) in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region.
Tasks
- A warm welcome and attentive care for our guests
- Check-in & Check-out
- Processing reservations and guest correspondence
- Invoice creation
- Check guest rooms and some laundry
Qualifications
- Previous experience at reception is an advantage.
- Familiarity with reservation portals is desired.
- Very good German and English skills
- Independent and responsible work
- Friendly demeanor
- Motivated career changers are welcome!
