Conditions
Booking note: Your accommodation will be reserved or booked for the number of persons you specified. Additional persons (and animals) are possible upon request and only with written agreement and will incur an extra charge. Cost for additional person(s) EUR 50.00/person and night / animals EUR 35.00/animal and day (without food).
Included: car parking space, bed linen, hand and dish towels, internet access, starter package on the day of arrival
Free parking is available directly at the house. One parking space is available per apartment. A second parking space is only possible upon request and for a fee. Parking fee EUR 15.00/day
Excluded: final cleaning EUR 95.00
Excluded: local tax EUR 3.70 per person per night (from the age of 15)
Contribution for SuperSummerCard 2026: Adult: EUR 7.50 / Child (born 2011-2019): EUR 5.00 / Child born 2020: free
Contribution for SuperSummerCard 2027: Adult: EUR 8.00 / Child (born 2012-2020): EUR 5.50 / Child born 2021: free
Payment/Cancellation: After receiving a reservation confirmation, we ask for a free-of-charge deposit - within 7 days - of 40% of the travel price, so we can definitively reserve the desired apartment for you. The payment of the remaining amount is to be made up to 21 days before arrival. Other payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Cancellation conditions: Up to 3 months before the arrival date no cancellation fee / 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date 40% cancellation fee / 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date 70% cancellation fee / in the last week before the arrival date 90% cancellation fee
In case of no-show on the day of arrival or late arrival or early departure, the applicable booking terms will be charged.

Apart Carpe diem is located in the heart of Serfaus, on the left side of Dorfbahnstraße (main street) No. 59.
Our apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Please inform us if you arrive after 8:00 p.m.
