Experience two atmospheric weeks of events packed with music, enjoyment and special moments in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

You can choose between a day ticket for a selected event day and a week ticket for the relevant festival week.

Your ticket’s QR code will be scanned on entry. You will then be given a coloured wristband.

Venues & Programme

The evening events and concerts take place at the Kulturhaus Fiss.

On 30 September 2026 and 7 October 2026, the concerts will be held as open-air events at the Seealm Hög in Serfaus.

Free shuttle bus

Easy access to the venue

To ensure you can relax and enjoy the events, a free shuttle bus runs between Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis.

Outward journey:

Ladis: from 7.30 pm & 7.50 pm
Serfaus: from 7.25 pm & 7.45 pm

Arrival in Fiss shortly before or after 8.00 pm

Return journey:

Serfaus: 11.15 pm & 11.45 pm
Ladis: 11.20 pm & 11.50 pm
The exact stops are the same as for the respective outward journeys.

Parking facilities

Map & Venue

To ensure you can get to the Goldene Herbstklänge event comfortably and stress-free, free parking is available at the T&G car park and the MPREIS car park. The car parks are clearly marked on the map and easy to find.

During the Goldene Herbstklänge event, these car parks may only be used free of charge between 6.00 pm and 2.00 am. Outside these hours, parking in these areas in connection with the event is not permitted.

What tickets are available for the Goldenen Herbstklänge?

There are day tickets and weekly tickets available for the Goldenen Herbstklänge. A day ticket gives you access to the programme on a selected day of the event. A weekly ticket gives you access to the events taking place during the respective festival week.

Which days is my weekly ticket valid for?

Weekly Ticket 1 is valid from 26 September to 2 October 2026. Weekly Ticket 2 is valid from 3 to 9 October 2026. Each weekly ticket is valid throughout the respective festival week.

Can I buy tickets on site?

Yes. Tickets for the Goldene Herbstklänge can be purchased online, by telephone or by email. There will also be an evening box office on site, where tickets can be purchased directly on the day of the event.

What payment methods are available for online ticket purchases?

Tickets can be paid for online by credit card or Apple Pay. Alternatively, you can pay in advance by bank transfer.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets for the Goldene Herbstklänge can be purchased online via the official Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ticket shop, by telephone or by email. Tickets are also available at the evening box office on site.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Payment in advance by bank transfer is possible. Once the payment has been received in the specified account, the tickets will be sent by email to the email address provided.

Will I receive my ticket by email?

After purchasing online, your ticket will be provided digitally. You will need the QR code on your ticket for admission. This will be scanned on site, after which you will receive a coloured wristband valid for the respective day or the entire week.

Are the concerts included in the ticket price?

Yes. Your ticket gives you access to the events included in the respective daily or weekly programme. Please refer to the event programme for details of which concerts and programme items are included.

Are cable cars or other services included in the ticket?

Cable car rides are not included in the Goldenen Herbstklänge ticket. A separate cable car ticket is required to use the cable cars, for example when travelling to a guided fan hike.
Guests staying at a Super. Summer. Card. partner accommodation can use the cable cars as part of the services included with the card. All other guests must purchase a separate cable car ticket.
Drinks and food at the events are not included in the ticket price and must be paid for separately on site.

Is there a shuttle bus to the Goldene Herbstklänge festival?

Yes. A shuttle bus is available during the Goldene Herbstklänge festival. It will take you comfortably to the events and back again afterwards.

Where can I find the departure times and stops?

You can find all the latest departure times and stops in the shuttle bus timetable. Please note the departure times listed there and allow plenty of time for your journey.

How much does a journey on the shuttle bus cost?

The shuttle bus service is free of charge.

Does the shuttle bus run back after the event as well?

Yes. After the event, the shuttle bus will take you back towards Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis. The return journey times are listed in the timetable.

Where can I park for the Goldene Herbstklänge event?

Visitors to the Goldene Herbstklänge festival can use the T&G car park and the MPREIS car park free of charge.

For how long can I park for free?

Free use of the car parks is available on the day of the event from 6.00 pm to 2.00 am.
