Experience the golden sounds of autumn during two unforgettable weeks:
from 26 September to 2 October 2026 and from 3 October to 10 October 2026. Look forward to an atmospheric autumn week full of music, enjoyment and warm encounters with popular artists from the worlds of pop, folk music and entertainment.

Admission:
Please have your ticket ready upon admission. The printed QR code will be scanned, after which you will receive a coloured admission wristband confirming your entry for the day or the entire week.

Terms and Conditions

for the sale of tickets

1. Terms and conditions of purchase and delivery
The contract is concluded with the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Tourism Association. Persons aged 18 and over are entitled to order tickets.

The tickets remain the property of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Tourism Association until full payment has been received and only become valid once the full amount has been received. The seller also reserves the right to block the validity of tickets as part of automated processing.

The tickets issued do not include VAT due to the non-attributability of the service content. The purchased or ordered tickets are to be consumed in the form of services offered by the seller and cannot be redeemed in the form of a cash payment. Tickets can only be redeemed at the locations listed on the tickets.

If the consumption of a ticket is less than the value of the ticket, you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount. If the consumption of a ticket is lower, there is no entitlement to a refund of the difference, as this is a total package offer.

 

2. Validity
All tickets are valid for the booked event date. If seasonal price adjustments occur during this period, the difference to the valid package price must be paid if the scope of services changes in terms of type and quality. If the ticket is not redeemed for the booked event, it automatically expires. No refund will be given if the ticket is not redeemed.

 

3. Procedure and order costs
The following ticket delivery options are available: You can pay for tickets by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and V-Pay). The tickets can then be printed out immediately and also sent to your email address.
(Delivery method: ‘Download and immediate delivery by email’). There is no order fee.

 

4. Security guarantee & data protection
Your security is our top priority! That is why data such as credit card numbers, names and addresses are transmitted via a secure SSL connection. This prevents unauthorised persons from reading the data you enter during transmission over the Internet. To ensure security in the ticket shop, we apply additional security measures that comply with current security standards for cashless payment transactions. Your details are processed by us using automated systems. You will only receive advertising information from the shop operator if you do not object immediately or within fourteen days.
Personal and personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

 

5. Cancellation / Return
Tickets may be returned if they are sent by registered post to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Tourist Office within 14 days of receipt and have not yet expired upon arrival. It is sufficient to send the cancellation notice within the deadline without giving reasons. However, the right of cancellation does not apply if the service has already begun within the cancellation period. After receipt of the ticket, the amount will be transferred to the account specified by the customer (IBAN and BIC required). Only customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act can exercise the right of return.

 

6. Other provisions
Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer is obliged to provide the relevant data requested in the contract completely and correctly. In the event of incorrect, incomplete or unclear information, the customer shall be liable for all costs and damages incurred as a result. Should parts of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or void within the meaning of § 879 ABGB (Austrian Civil Code) or the Consumer Protection Act, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
