For us, it is a heartfelt concern to preserve old and rare farm animal breeds. On our mountain farm at about 1,450 m altitude, we consciously focus on robust, original breeds that cope well with the special conditions here.

In breeding, we pay particular attention to health, resilience, good maternal instincts, and natural feed conversion. Animals that are not suitable for breeding naturally stay with us on the farm until their last journey.

We have Tyrolean stone sheep, chamois-colored mountain goats, Austro-Hungarian white baroque donkeys, various breeds of chickens, quails, and ducks, rabbits, our Border Collie, and of course our farm cat "Becky".

For us, animals, nature, and mindful interaction are inseparably linked. Our animals give us peace, trust, and a piece of authenticity – and that is exactly what we want to pass on.

Besides our animals, the vegetable garden and bees are also part of our farm life. Depending on the season, this leads to meat and sausage products, eggs, herb and berry specialties, skins, sheep wool pillows, and much more.
