Breakfast cook/assistant cook

We are looking for a breakfast cook (m/f/d) to strengthen our motivated and dynamic team for the winter season 2025/2026 and also for further seasons.

Start date: immediately

Our hotel is located right in the center of Serfaus, and we accommodate approximately 80-90 guests on half-board. We also have a bar, lobby, lounge, wellness area, and more! You can view our hotel online at: www.hotel-silvretta.com

Tasks

Breakfast preparation (mise en place)
Independently setting up and refilling the breakfast buffet
Egg variations (omelette, fried egg and scrambled eggs…)
Salad buffet (filling and preparation)
Dispensing of soup and appetizers at the pass
Compliance with hygiene regulations in the catering industry
Proper handling of food

Qualifications

Good German skills
