Breakfast cook/assistant cook
We are looking for a breakfast cook (m/f/d) to strengthen our motivated and dynamic team for the winter season 2025/2026 and also for further seasons.
Start date: immediately
Our hotel is located right in the center of Serfaus, and we accommodate approximately 80-90 guests on half-board. We also have a bar, lobby, lounge, wellness area, and more! You can view our hotel online at: www.hotel-silvretta.com
Tasks
- Breakfast preparation (mise en place)
- Independently setting up and refilling the breakfast buffet
- Egg variations (omelette, fried egg and scrambled eggs…)
- Salad buffet (filling and preparation)
- Dispensing of soup and appetizers at the pass
- Compliance with hygiene regulations in the catering industry
- Proper handling of food
Qualifications
- Good German skills
- They are creative and responsible.

- They have a friendly demeanor.
- They enjoy working in a team.
