Together with the head chef and the sous chef, you are the driving force of the kitchen, and you mentor apprentices with great skill. Tasks

Cooking one station by arrangement
Assisting with the à la carte business at lunchtime
Preparations for evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions.
Assisting with plating during dinner service
Support in apprentice training / Guiding apprentices in their positions

Qualifications

Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old
Completed vocational training and/or relevant professional experience
Good technical and product knowledge
Passion for work & creativity
Clean & economical working methods
Team spirit
Secure communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
