Chef de Rang with hosting qualities (m/f/d)
We are among the world's top-rated family ski resorts, where quality and service are paramount. To support our mountain restaurant team at the Komperdell cable car in Serfaus, we are looking for a dedicated host (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season.
The winter season in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis starts on Friday, December 4, 2026 and ends on Monday, April 4, 2027.
Tasks
- A warm welcome and personal attention to our guests from arrival to departure.
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience and a smooth service flow
- Handling reservations and ensuring optimal guest placement
- Support and professional guidance of the service team in daily operations
- Contact person for guest requests, complaints and special concerns
- Ensuring our quality, service and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally as head waiter or in a comparable position
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support employees
- Friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance
- Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured work style
- Teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and resilience
- Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Final Words
Remuneration
According to the collective agreement, this position has a minimum gross salary of €2,165.00 based on 173 hours per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
