Tasks
Care and activities for our young guests as part of childcare Planning and implementation of age-appropriate play, craft and leisure activities Support for children's programs, events and family activities Ensuring a safe, loving and varied environment for the children Reception and assistance for our guests at the reception desk Conducting check-ins and check-outs Telephone and written correspondence with guests Preparation of the daily morning mail and other information materials Providing information on hotel offers, leisure activities and events in the region Maintenance of guest data and general administrative tasks Close collaboration with the reception, housekeeping, service and childcare departments Ensuring smooth operations in guest services and the children's area Actively contributing to a warm and family-friendly atmosphere in the hotel
Qualifications
Enjoyment of working with children and a warm and patient approach to families. Experience in childcare, animation or education is an advantage. Professional experience in guest services, reception or the hotel industry is desirable. Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level); additional foreign languages are an advantage. Good computer skills and confident use of common MS Office applications. Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured work style Creativity and initiative in the design of play and leisure activities Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with guests and children Sense of responsibility, reliability and discretion Teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience Valid work permit or EU citizenship
