To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who not only plans events, but also takes responsibility for them, implements them and leads them to success.
Tasks
- Conceptualization, planning and independent implementation of events
- Management and control of event projects (budget, timing, quality)
- Coordination of service providers, partners and internal interfaces
- Ensuring a smooth process on site
- Further development of existing event formats and development of new concepts
- Coordination with key players and stakeholders in the region
- Support in event marketing in collaboration with our marketing team
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in event management
- Strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality
- Organizational skills and structured work methods
- Resilience and flexibility (also on weekends and during peak seasons)
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Economic thinking and experience in dealing with budgets
- Very good German and English skills
- Driving licence class B
