Furgli’s Bike-Buddy / Bike Guide (m/w/d)
About Us:
We at Furgli Family Hotels stand for unforgettable family holidays in the heart of Serfaus. With us, children's dreams come true – and starting this summer, that includes on two wheels! Our exclusive bike program offers tailor-made adventures for every age and skill level: from a 3-year-old's very first attempt at braking in the parking lot to a thrilling gravity tour for true experts on the singletrack trails of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. For this, we're looking for an enthusiastic guide who loves trails, but loves children even more!
Tasks
- Kids Biking & Coaching: You playfully teach our youngest guests (from 3 years old) how to brake and corner in the parking lot or rock the pumptrack and wooden ramps with the older kids.
- Trail guiding for young and old: You lead groups (max. 6-8 participants) safely through the mountains – from green pleasure trails (like the Bifitrail) to blue classics (Zirbentrail) to red signature trails (Frommestrail, Jochtrail) for teenagers and adults.
- Safety & Technology: Before each start, you conduct the bike check, fairly assess the riding skills of the participants and optimize the riding style of your protégés using photo and video analysis directly on the trail.
- All-round care: You organize cable car transport (forest railway, Sunliner, etc.) for the kids without their parents and accompany your groups to lunch together at the hotel or to the legendary Monday barbecue at the barbecue area.
- Teamwork: You coordinate closely with our other bike guide when it comes to guest questions or program adjustments.
