Head Chef (m/f/d) at the Ski Lounge restaurant
We are among the world's top-rated family ski resorts, where quality and service are paramount. To support our mountain catering team at the Komperdell cable car in Serfaus, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season.
The winter season in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis starts on Friday, December 4, 2026 and ends on Sunday, April 4, 2027.
Tasks
- Management of the service station
- Mise en Place
- Advice and support for guests
- Serving food and drinks
- Compliance with the prescribed hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Relevant training/qualification
- German and English skills
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Well-groomed appearance
- Teamwork skills, reliability and punctuality

Final Words
Remuneration
According to the collective agreement, this position has a minimum gross salary of €2,165.00 based on 173 hours per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
