Tasks
- Attentive and friendly service to guests
- Management of the service station with the Commis de Rang
- Daily Restaurant Mise en Place
- Active consultation and sales
- Compliance with cleanliness, hygiene standards and maintenance of the station
- Service processes according to standards and checklists
Qualifications
- Experience in the catering industry
- good German and English skills
- Teamwork & Commitment
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Quick comprehension & flexibility
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Enjoyment of work
- Formal training is not mandatory.
