Our five lovingly managed apartment buildings in Serfaus stand for quality, warmth and unforgettable holiday moments in one of the most beautiful regions of Tyrol.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated employee as host / housekeeper (m/f/d) – the heart and soul of our houses – with a love of guest contact, organizational talent and a strong sense of cleanliness and detail.
Tasks
- Guest care & service
- A warm welcome and the first point of contact for our guests on site.
- Independent handling of arrivals and departures in all houses
- Personalized service for our guests with overview and sensitivity
- Internal communication and coordination with the office and team
- Coordination of processes in the houses during the week
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in public areas
- Independent switching on and off of the saunas
- Cleaning and laundry care
- Cleaning and maintenance of the apartments during the week (not Saturdays)
- Assistance with preparing the apartments
- Preparation and organization of house linen (bed linen, towels, bathrobes)
- Ironing and folding the laundry
- Reporting minor repairs or technical issues
- Ensuring a consistently well-maintained appearance for all houses
- To be the "good soul" for guests and team with heart and dedication
Qualifications
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Driver's license required
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance
- Enjoyment of interacting with guests
- Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
- Flexibility and commitment
- Experience in tourism, the hotel industry or housekeeping is an advantage.
