Tasks

Butcher (m/f/d) in a 5-day week (Monday to Friday):

Professional preparation and processing of meat products for kitchen operations
Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and cooking of food
Daily mise en place work
Shared responsibility for complete HACCP documentation
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas

Qualifications

TOP qualification:

Completed training or experience in the kitchen is an advantage.
Professional experience is an advantage
Expertise in HACCP standards & warehouse management
High quality awareness & product knowledge
Good German and English skills
