Tasks
- Professional support from the sommelier and restaurant management
- Supporting the service crew during periods of high workload
- Warm and authentic guest service
- Support for the further training of employees and trainees, as well as the onboarding of new employees.
- Supporting the sommelier in wine and beverage sales
- Expert advice for guests on wine selection and creative, sales-oriented service.
- Compliance with SHF quality standards
Qualifications
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist or HGA apprenticeship
- Completed training as a sommelier in Austria
- At least 2 years of professional experience in this or a similar position
- Expertise in the areas of beverage knowledge, spirits, food knowledge, and service procedures
- Very good German and English skills
