Commis de Cuisin - Kitchen Assistant

As a Commis de Cuisine, you provide essential support to the Chef de Partie. Your main tasks include mise en place and assisting the Chef de Partie. You are a vital part of a well-functioning kitchen brigade – you are our "jolly joker".

Tasks

Mise en place: Work at the various stations in the kitchen
Support for the Chef de Partie
Assistance as a salad cook, assistance as a breakfast cook
Help with the washing up
Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

For the position of Commis de Cuisine, you need German language skills as well as relevant training as a chef or experience and enthusiasm for this role. We also value your reliability, communication skills, and commitment to quality.
