Tasks

Collaboration in the design of menus according to the latest standards, including sous vide cooking.
Assisting with the implementation of the menus alongside the kitchen staff.
Assistance with shift scheduling in consultation with the F&B management
Assigning and supporting kitchen positions in the absence of the head chef
Quality controls
Assistance with purchasing and purchase control
Apprenticeship training
Employee training

Qualifications

Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old
Completed vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience
Prior leadership experience is an advantage.
Excellent technical and product knowledge
Passion for work & creativity
Clean & economical working methods
Team spirit
Secure communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
