To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the winter season 26/27 on a full-time basis.

Tasks
- Independent care and advice for our hotel guests
- Professional and friendly service in the restaurant
- Management and supervision of one's own ward
- Serving food and drinks
- Cash service
- Active recommendations and advice regarding the selection of drinks and food
- Performing a professional mise en place
- Coordination and support of the Commis de Rang
- Ensuring a smooth service process
- Collaboration with the kitchen and all relevant hotel departments
Qualifications
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry is an advantage.
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Enjoyment of interacting with people
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Good German skills, additional languages an advantage
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Independent, structured and responsible work ethic
