Tasks

Leading our housekeeping crew of up to 30 people
Training of new employees - also in cooperation with external partners
Organization and scheduling (work schedule creation) of the housekeeping crew
Ensuring smooth processes
Implementation and assurance of SHF standards
Collaboration with the various departments of the hotel
regular (daily, weekly, monthly and annually) controlling tasks

Qualifications

Several years of experience in upscale hotels in an equivalent position
Good German and English skills
Relevant expertise in the field of housekeeping
IT skills in hotel software
