Tasks

Handling administrative and employment law HR issues
Preparation, review and management of employment contracts and personnel-related documents
Contact person for managers regarding HR administration and personnel management
Collaboration with payroll and preparation of relevant information
Organization and support of the entire recruiting process
Maintenance and administration of employee master data (digital personnel file)
Participation in the design and further development of our HR processes and employee benefits
Co-organization of employee events and onboarding measures
Management and independent handling of all tasks in the employee lifecycle
Developing suitable HR measures for our company

Qualifications

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR
Ideally, practical experience in HR administration, personnel management or time management – also through relevant internships.
Initial sound practical knowledge of Austrian labor law
Structured, precise and responsible work ethic
Initial professional experience in HR
Discretion and a sense of responsibility
Team spirit, commitment and organizational talent
