As a Reservation Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Department and maintain regular communication with your sales colleagues. You are fascinated by the world of numbers and find controlling simply captivating. You are a true sales talent, and your goal is to achieve optimal occupancy rates for our hotel together with your Reservation Team. You enjoy working with various hotel software programs and the channel manager, and your team members are always up-to-date thanks to your regular training. Your structured approach and organizational skills ensure you have a clear overview of all guest requests, bookings, and other details.

Tasks

Reservations Manager (m/f/d) in a permanent position:

Successful management of our reservations department with up to 5 employees.
Professional acceptance and processing of offers, reservations, and various correspondence.
Down payment management, voucher sales, pre-reservations
Close collaboration with the sales department
Various controlling tasks
Regular staff training for the reservation team
Support with marketing campaigns
Further development of the process flow of various reservation procedures

Qualifications

TOP qualifications:

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Enjoyment in interacting with our guests from all over the world
Experience and interest in various software
Excellent German skills and very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
