Tasks
- Independent management of a service station with debt collection
- Friendly welcome, care and advice for our guests
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Independent cash handling and billing at one's own station
- Preparation of the service area (mise en place)
- Ensuring a smooth service process
- Close collaboration with the kitchen
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the service area
Qualifications
- Professional experience in customer service, ideally with debt collection
- Enjoyment of interacting with guests and a strong service orientation
- Friendly, well-groomed and confident demeanor
- Independent, reliable and responsible work ethic
- Teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
