To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Chef de Partie Patisserie (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Independent management of the patisserie and production of all sweets for our half-board guests, cakes, chocolates, desserts, dessert buffets, etc.
- Control and compliance with quality standards and cleanliness
- Mise en Place
- Daily cleaning of the kitchen
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training
- Reliable and fast work
- Good German skills
- Team player
- Sense of responsibility, independence and creativity
