Receptionist
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You represent the company with friendliness, professionalism, and organizational skills. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing assistance, and offering administrative support for daily operations.
Tasks
- Friendly welcome and care of guests
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls, emails, and vacation requests
- Support with organizational tasks
- Maintenance and management of customer data
- Coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth process
- Ensuring a well-maintained reception area
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification or relevant practical experience
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Organizational skills, reliability and discretion
- Experience in reception or hotel management is an advantage.
