We are among the world's top-rated family ski resorts, where quality and service are paramount. To support our mountain restaurant team at the Komperdell cable car in Serfaus, we are looking for a dedicated Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season.
The winter season in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis starts on Friday, December 4, 2026 and ends on Sunday, April 4, 2027.
Tasks
- Supporting the restaurant manager in the operational and organizational management of the restaurant
- Responsibility for ensuring smooth daily service operations
- Leadership, motivation and support of the service team
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience
- Point of contact for guests and professional handling of complaints
- Compliance with our quality, service and hygiene standards
- Taking responsibility in the absence of the restaurant manager
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the catering industry, ideally in a management position
- Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Leadership skills as well as a motivating and appreciative approach
- Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, responsible and structured work style
- Teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility

Final Words
Remuneration
According to the collective agreement, this position has a minimum gross salary of €2,375.00 based on 173 hours per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
