Tasks

Friendly and professional service for our guests in the restaurant and bar area

Taking orders and professionally serving food and drinks

Advising guests on the selection of food and drinks

Preparation and supervision of breakfast, lunch and dinner service

Mise en place work as well as preparation and follow-up of the service station

Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the entire service area

Close cooperation with the kitchen and reception ensures a smooth process.

Compliance with our quality and service standards

Actively contributing to a warm and pleasant atmosphere for our guests

Qualifications

Completed training in the catering or hotel industry is an advantage.

Good German skills (at least B1 level), additional foreign languages are an advantage.

Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance

Strong service and guest orientation

Independent, responsible and reliable work ethic

Teamwork skills and enjoyment in interacting with people

Resilience and flexibility, even during busy periods

High quality and hygiene awareness

Experience with POS systems and debt collection is an advantage.

EU work permit or EU citizenship
