Tasks

Welcome to our (numerous regular) guests
Check-in/check-out including cashier and settlement processes
Comprehensive guest relations support / recommendations in the region / ticket sales
Coordination of guest requests in the house
Administrative tasks of the reception desk, including inventories
Reservation processes & bookings
Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training system

Qualifications

Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old
Basic computer skills
Team spirit
Positive charisma and good manners
Sense of responsibility
Confidential communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
