Bar Chef (m|w|d)
In our family-run 4-star hotel nestled in the Tyrolean mountains, we place the utmost importance on warm hospitality, high-quality beverages, and a harmonious, inviting atmosphere at our hotel bar. To maintain and further develop this standard, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader who will manage the bar area with expertise, creativity, and passion. As Head Bartender, you will play a central role in guest service and make a significant contribution to creating unforgettable moments of enjoyment.
Tasks
- They manage the entire bar operation and are responsible for operational and organizational management.
- They develop new drink and cocktail creations and design an attractive, high-quality bar menu.
- They are the first point of contact for our guests at the bar and ensure a warm, professional atmosphere.
- You lead, train and motivate your team, plan working hours and coordinate smooth workflows.
- They handle orders, inventory and merchandise management, and ensure efficient business operations.
- They work closely with service, kitchen and hotel management, and provide support at events, tastings and themed evenings.
Qualifications
- They have completed training in the hospitality industry and have several years of experience in a bar or management position.
- They have a keen sense for trends, quality, presentation, and guest service.
- They present themselves in a confident, well-groomed, and service-oriented manner.
- They work in a structured and responsible manner and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
- Excellent German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
