Tasks
Breakfast cook (m/f/d)
- Preparation and arranging of food at the breakfast buffet
- Daily mise en place work
- Front cooking / plating of egg dishes and crepes
- Monitoring and compliance with the castle hotel quality standards
- Shared responsibility for complete HACCP documentation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas
Qualifications
TOP qualification:
- Completed chef training is an advantage, career changers are possible
- Professional experience in upscale hotels is an advantage.
- Expertise in HACCP standards & warehouse management
- High quality awareness & product knowledge
- Very good German and English skills
