To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a Chef de partie (m/f/d) to start immediately.
Tasks
- Passion for the kitchen and enjoyment of working in a team
- Completed training and relevant professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry in a comparable position.
- Creativity in the composition and presentation of dishes
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility, stamina and a sense of responsibility
- Responsible handling of food
- Good interaction with teammates
- Good German language skills
Qualifications
- Support and representation of the head chef in all organizational and professional tasks
- Independent management of a position
- Supporting the kitchen team in preparing food
- Preparation and follow-up tasks in the kitchen
- Compliance with the specified quality and hygiene standards
- Participating in and organizing the ordering process
- Creative contribution to food development
