Our kitchen team is still looking for dedicated and friendly people who want to work in the Tyrolean mountains and embody hospitality. Join us for the 2026 summer season!
Together with our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for providing our guests with culinary delights. This includes everything from a delicious breakfast to afternoon snacks and dinner. We're looking for all-rounders who enjoy diverse tasks and can contribute their creativity. The variety of responsibilities in this position will ensure you always have plenty of variety.
Cooking is permitted in a fully equipped new commercial kitchen.
Tasks
- 2-3 days a week Entremetier
- Breakfast cook 2-3 days a week
- 1 day a week substitute dishwasher
- Preparation of appetizers
- Preparation support for dessert/dessert buffet
- Making cakes for afternoon snack
- Making salads
- Mise en place for the à la carte business
- Preparation of à la carte dishes
- Preparation and attractive presentation of the food in the evening at the pass
Qualifications
- Completed chef training
- Several years of professional experience
- Flexible and independent work
- Friendly treatment of our employees and guests
