Tasks

Commis de Rang (m/f/d)

Training to manage a station (progression to Demi Chef de Rang based on the assessment of the restaurant manager)
Attentive and friendly service to guests
Assistant to Demi Chef de Rang and Chef de Rang
Daily mise en place work
Compliance with cleanliness, hygiene standards and maintenance of the restaurant and office area including equipment
Service processes according to SHF standards and checklists
Supporting the SHF Bar Crew

Qualifications

TOP qualification:

Completed vocational training in the hotel/restaurant industry
Additional training is an advantage
Knowledge of food and beverage science
Good German and English skills
