You support the team with dedication and diligence in daily operations and contribute to a smooth and professional work environment. By participating in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of daily tasks, you gain valuable practical experience and develop step by step within the catering business.
Tasks
- Guest service at the hotel during breakfast and dinner with a 5-course gourmet menu
- Guest service in the à la carte restaurant & pizzeria "KÖHLES KULINARIUM"
- Preparation of drinks in our bar
- Polish glasses, prepare the bar
- Service of drinks and food
- Wine service
- Mise en place for buffets
- Vacuuming, cleaning, uncovering
- Help where it is needed
- Working hours in a split shift of 8 hours, in the morning/late morning and evening – afternoon break
