Tasks

  • Independent management of a service station
  • Professional advice for our guests regarding food and drinks
  • Ensuring a smooth service flow in the restaurant
  • Order intake and processing
  • Collaboration with kitchen and service team
  • Cash service
  • Preparation and follow-up of daily service
  • Ensuring a warm and attentive guest service

    • Qualifications

  • Completed training in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage.
  • Professional experience as a chef de rang or in a comparable position
  • Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
  • Service orientation
  • Teamwork skills, resilience and initiative
  • Good German skills; additional foreign languages ​​are an advantage.
  • Passion for gastronomy
