• Support in managing the long-standing service team (approx. 18 employees)
• Responsibility and coordination of a smooth process; scheduling and continuous training of the entire service team.
• Administrative tasks (staff scheduling, table planning)
• Representative appearance and contact person and host for our guests
• Close collaboration with our kitchen and reception team
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area, in compliance with hygiene regulations.

• Excellent German and English skills
• Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance

• Attractive pay & fair conditions: With us, you'll earn €2,500 net. Including bonuses, this equates to an average net salary of approximately €2,925. You'll also receive vacation pay, holiday bonuses, and tips. Higher pay is always possible depending on your qualifications and performance.
