Tasks
- Coordination of building services at the assigned locations and technical management of the maintenance team
- Management of technical projects and contact person for project participants
- Inspection tours of the public areas and technical rooms
- Carrying out installation, management and inspection work in the electrical installation environment
- Maintenance work in the field of renewable energy solutions
- Identification and reporting of remediation needs or damage
Qualifications
- Completed technical training
- Several years of professional experience in the technical field
- Excellent expertise
- Solution- and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and leadership competence
- Good German and English skills
