Service staff (m/f/d) / Commis de Rang

As a passionate host with a keen eye for detail and a love for culinary creations, you love to pamper guests with excellent service and delight their senses with delicious aromas.

Mise en place and setting the tables are just the basics for you. What's your specialty?

As the link between kitchen and guest, you are the taste mediator who presents the culinary highlights of the day with expertise and enthusiasm.

Tasks

Assisting the head of the rank during breakfast service
Assisting with the service of gourmet meals at the assigned station
Assisting the Chef de Rang with drinks and coffee service
Supervision of various buffets such as breakfast, lunch, cake & snacks.
Assistance with bar service (partially)
Mise-en-place work for the stations
Cleaning work at the station

Qualifications

Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old
Completed vocational training and/or relevant professional experience
Team spirit
Language skills in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
