To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Demi Chef Pâtisserie (m/f/d) to start immediately.
Our culinary philosophy stands for regionality, quality, and a conscious approach to high-quality ingredients. We work closely with local farmers and dairies and use, among other things, products from our own hunting grounds as well as vegetables, fruit, and herbs from our own garden.
For our patisserie, we are looking for a person who enjoys developing creative desserts and sweets from these high-quality and seasonal products.
The position offers you the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for the entire pastry area and, with appropriate professional and personal development, to develop into Chef Pâtissier.

Tasks
Independent work at the pastry station Preparation and production of our desserts and sweets Creative and high-quality presentation of the desserts Processing of seasonal and regional products from the region and partly from our own cultivation Participation in the development of new desserts and pastry creations Further development of existing recipes and presentations Ensuring consistently high quality Organization and preparation of one's own post Control and proper storage of the required goods Support with orders and goods inspection Economical and responsible handling of food Compliance with all quality, hygiene and HACCP standards Close collaboration with the head chef and the entire kitchen team
Qualifications
Completed training as a cook, pastry chef or comparable professional qualification Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry, ideally in the area of pastry. Passion for desserts, sweets and modern pastry craftsmanship Creativity in the development and presentation of desserts Enjoyment in processing regional and seasonal products High quality awareness and careful handling of food Independent, structured and reliable work ethic Teamwork skills, flexibility and a sense of responsibility Willingness to develop professionally and to take on increasing responsibility Good German skills
