Tasks

Chef de Rang (m/f/d):

Attentive and friendly service to guests
Management of the service station with the Commis de Rang
Daily mise en place work
Active consultation and sales
Compliance with cleanliness, hygiene standards and maintenance of the station
Service processes according to SHF standards and checklists

Qualifications

TOP qualification:

Several years of professional experience in upscale hotels/restaurants in a comparable position
Additional training in wine knowledge is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge in the field of beverage science, spirits, wine and champagne
Very good German skills & good English skills
