Tasks

Chef de Partie Gardemanger (m/f/d)

Productive collaboration with the sous chef and head chef
Staff management at one's own station
Active participation / cooking at the station
Arranging the food
Daily mise en place work
Economic efficiency control & updating of inventory lists
Shared responsibility for complete HACCP documentation
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas
Monitoring and compliance with SHF standards

Qualifications

TOP qualification:

Completed chef training
Professional experience in upscale hotels is an advantage.
Leadership experience in a similar position
Expertise in HACCP standards and warehouse management
High quality awareness and product knowledge
Good German and English skills
