You have successfully completed your chef training and are now bursting with motivation to enter the working world?

You know the current menu inside and out and actively support your superiors.

You are aware that there is still much to learn, because now your focus is on the basic tasks without which nothing works.

Your reliability is dependable. Your goal: to climb the career ladder.

Tasks

Assistance with cooking a dish by arrangement
Assisting with the à la carte business at lunchtime
Preparatory work to support the evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions.
Assisting with plating during dinner service
Support in apprentice training / Guiding apprentices in their positions

Qualifications

Completed vocational training
Technical and product knowledge

Team spirit
Secure communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
