- Reception and care of our guests
- Check in and check out
- Competent advice for guests about internal and external leisure activities
- Fast and customer-oriented handling of complaints
- Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the lobby
- Acceptance and processing of reservations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or high school diploma
- Professional experience in the hotel industry
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

- Guest- and service-oriented thinking and action
- Flexible deployment readiness
