You are the beating heart of the hotel, the first "Welcome!" and the last "Have a good trip home!".

You are the one who holds all the threads together. You answer every request with ease, you forge every connection effortlessly.

Hungry in room 125? A snack has already been arranged. A crying little guest in room 309 needs a cuddly toy? Already on their way to save another holiday.

In between, you juggle emails and solve every challenge. An agitated caller can't ruffle your feathers because you always find a solution.

You are the epitome of calm and you hold the responsibility in your hands.

Tasks

Welcoming the (numerous regular) guests
Check-In / Check-Out
Collecting hotel bills
Issuance of tickets
Comprehensive guest relations support / recommendations in the region
Data maintenance
Administrative tasks of the reception
Coordination of guest requests within the house
Assistance with booking treatments at the spa

Qualifications

Warmth and joy in delighting our guests, both young and old
Completed school or vocational training
Previous work experience is an advantage
Team spirit
Good computer skills and experience with reservation programs are desirable.
Secure communication in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
