Then you've come to the right place! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual for our reception who, with warmth, professionalism and organizational talent, shapes the first and last impression of our hotel.
Tasks
- Warm welcome to our guests, as well as check-in and check-out.
- Processing reservations and guest data with our hotel program Casablanca
- Competent support for our guests via telephone and email
- Creation and management of ski passes and the Super. Summer. Card.
- Personal advice for our guests on leisure activities, excursion destinations and offers in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region
- Close collaboration with all departments to ensure our guests have a first-class stay.
- Ensuring smooth operations at reception and providing support in daily hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented demeanor
- Enjoyment of interacting with guests and strong communication skills
- Independent, reliable and flexible work style
- Good IT and computer skills
- Experience with the hotel software Casablanca is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Team spirit, organizational talent, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
