Tasks

Operational and organizational management of the restaurant area

Leadership, motivation and development of the service team

Ensuring a smooth service process and the highest level of guest satisfaction

Active participation in daily service operations and serving as a role model for the team

Training and support of new team members and trainees

Monitoring and compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards

Professional handling of guest requests and complaints

Close collaboration with the kitchen, reception, and hotel management

Participation in the continuous optimization of processes and service concepts.

Qualifications

Completed training in the catering or hotel industry

Several years of professional experience in the service sector, ideally in a management position

Strong leadership and organizational skills

High service and guest orientation combined with a confident and professional demeanor

Responsible, independent and structured work style

Resilience and flexibility even in work-intensive situations

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team

Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.

Safe handling of common POS systems

High quality and hygiene awareness

Passion for gastronomy, hospitality and excellent service
