Tasks
- Welcome guests
- Bringing menus to the table
- Prepare drinks
- Recommend and serve food and drinks
- Clear tables, clean, prepare for the next guests
- Cleaning work before and after the rush
- polish cutlery
as chef de rang in addition:
- Taking orders
- Collect
- Daily statement for your own key
Qualifications
- Career changers are very welcome and will be gladly trained. (Commis de rang)
