Our kitchen team creates culinary highlights for our guests every day – from varied gourmet menus as part of the half-board package to pizza and à la carte dishes, all the way to exclusive gourmet menus at the Chef's Table.
Tasks
You will support the head chef in the organizational and operational management of the kitchen and, together with him, lead a dedicated team of approximately 10 employees. With your positive and professional approach, you will ensure smooth kitchen operations and adherence to our quality and hygiene standards.
- Supporting the head chef with daily kitchen organization
- Preparation and presentation of food according to quality standards
- Independent management of the rotisseur position
- Control of food quality and portioning
- Ensuring an efficient workflow in the kitchen
- Deputy head chef in absence
- Assisting in the creation of menus and daily specials
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Support with warehousing and inventory control
- Our kitchen is staffed by a well-coordinated team of around 10 people – chefs and kitchen helpers – under the direction of head chef Lukas Neier (4 toques Chefs Table and 2 toques Restaurant).
- We work part-time on a full-time basis with 45 hours per week and a 5.5-day week.
- Sunday is the fixed day off; in addition, each employee has another half day off per week.
- We offer very good earning potential – for us, of course, above the collective agreement, with corresponding overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
