You'll prepare the breakfast buffet and ensure our guests have everything they need. In the open kitchen, you'll take orders for egg dishes and prepare them fresh. Afterwards, you'll start preparing the mise en place for the next day. We're looking for all-rounders who enjoy a variety of tasks and can contribute their creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Breakfast preparation (mise en place)
• Independently setting up and refilling the breakfast buffet
• Live cooking at the egg station (omelette, fried egg and scrambled eggs…)
• Salad buffet (filling and preparation)
• Prepare snacks (cake platters, salads)
• Serving soup and appetizers at the pass 3 evenings a week
• One day a week, I cover for the dishwasher.
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in the catering industry
• Proper handling of food

• Experience in the catering industry
• Basic knowledge of German (guest contact)
